🏪 Open a Store or Shop

• You may create and operate a player-owned shop
• Your shop must be located near or within LiME City

📜 Buy or Deny Land

• You may purchase land around LiME City
• You may also deny land requests from other players if they conflict with your reserved plot
• Helps secure your territory and prevent unwanted builds around your area

⚙️ Command Block Selling (Optional)

You are allowed to use command-block-based selling, but ONLY if:

• You already have the items you are selling
• No duping or spawning items using commands

📦 How You Receive Your Permit
